Accents Boutique ships anywhere in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Transit time is additional and depends on your location within the U.S. If you need an order faster, call us at 830-693-7573 before placing it — we can often arrange expedited shipping.

Yes — free gift wrap is available on every order, in store and online, every day. For online orders, just leave a note at checkout and we'll wrap it before it ships.

Online purchases may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Returns initiated within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to your original payment method. After 7 days and within 21 days, eligible returns are issued as store credit or an exchange. This policy applies to online purchases only.

Email returns@accentsbtq.com to start a return. Once approved, ship the item to Accents Boutique, 212 Ave H, Marble Falls, TX 78654. Mail-in returns may have shipping costs deducted from the store credit issued.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn and unused, in original condition, with original tags and packaging attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following are non-returnable: sale and clearance items, gift cards, and custom, personalized, or special-order items.

We're open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Central Time.
