Online Returns & Exchanges (Standard Policy)
We want you to love what you purchase from Accents. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
Online purchases may be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds to the original payment method are available for eligible returns initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, eligible returns are issued as store credit or exchange.

Why 7 Days?
A 7-day original-payment refund window reflects what leading fashion boutiques and online clothing retailers offer as a gracious standard. It gives you a full calendar week from delivery to decide — plenty of time to try on and evaluate your purchase. After 7 days and within 21 days of delivery, eligible returns are happily accepted for store credit or exchange.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition
Returned with original tags and packaging attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom, personalized, or special-order items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will make it right promptly, at no cost to you.

Mail-in returns may have shipping costs deducted from store credit. In-store returns for online purchases are also welcome when available.

VIP Returns Addendum — Loyalty Members
This addendum applies to VIP members enrolled in Accents’ loyalty program. VIP benefits reflect the flexibility and relationship-based service our best customers already experience in-store — while keeping our standard online policy clear and consistent.

Extended Return Window
VIP members may return eligible online purchases within 30 days of delivery.

Extended Original-Payment Refund Window
VIP members are eligible for refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery — double the standard 7-day window.

Return Shipping Perks
VIP members may receive free return shipping on eligible returns, or free shipping promo codes included in VIP email campaigns.

All Other Conditions Apply
VIP returns must still meet all standard eligibility requirements. Final sale, clearance, gift cards, and custom items remain non-returnable. VIP status is tracked and verified through our loyalty program. VIP benefits apply to online purchases only, and Accents reserves the right to adjust or revoke VIP benefits in cases of misuse.
