Brighton Repairs and Replacement Parts
Brighton runs its repair program in house, and the process is more straightforward than most people expect. Here is what to send, where to send it, and what it costs.
Starting a Repair
How do I request a Brighton repair?
Email consumercare@brighton.com with the product name or number, a description of the damage, clear photos, the date and place of purchase, and your proof of purchase if you have it.
Wait for approval before shipping anything. Once approved, Brighton will tell you where to send it.
Where do I send the item?
After approval: Brighton Collectibles, Attn: Repair Department, 14022 Nelson Ave, City of Industry, CA 91746. Pack it in a padded envelope or box and include your contact information and a short note explaining the problem.
How should I ship it?
Use a trackable method — UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation. Brighton asks for this specifically, and it protects you if anything goes astray.
Can I bring the item to you instead of mailing it?
Call us first at 830-693-7573 and we will walk through it with you. We can tell you whether it looks like a warranty claim and help you get the request in front of Brighton correctly.
How long does a repair take?
Brighton does not publish a turnaround time for any category. Every one of their articles points you to Consumer Care at 800-628-7687 for a current estimate, which suggests it moves with their workload.
What It Costs
Do warranty repairs cost anything?
No. If the item qualifies under warranty, the repair is free.
What if my piece is out of warranty?
Call Brighton at 800-628-7687 before sending anything. They will evaluate whether the repair is feasible and tell you the cost before any work begins. In their words: not all damage can be repaired, but they will do their best to help.
Can Brighton fix a broken clasp or chain link?
Often, yes. Within warranty it is free. Outside warranty, call first — Brighton evaluates case by case and quotes you before proceeding.

My style was discontinued — can I still get parts?
No. Brighton stocks replacement parts only for styles still in production. If a piece is retired, parts are no longer available for it, which is a good argument for handling a small repair sooner rather than later.
What Brighton Won't Do
Can Brighton resize or shorten my necklace or bracelet?
No. Brighton states plainly that they are unable to alter the original style of any Brighton jewelry — no resizing, no shortening, no lengthening. This is a firm policy, not a case-by-case thing.
Can links be added to or removed from a bracelet or watchband?
Sometimes, and it is always a mail-in. Call Brighton Customer Care first; they check whether extra links exist for your specific style, then send mailing instructions.
Worth knowing: Brighton's own stores do not perform link adjustments on site either. Everyone goes through the same mail-in process.
Can I buy extra links separately?
No. Extra links are not sold separately, and not every style has removable or extra links to begin with.
Can Brighton repair my prescription eyewear?
Not the frames with prescription lenses in them. Brighton will send the necessary parts to your optician instead, and your optician does the work.
