Mica Denim Rise Guide: High Rise, Super High Rise and Mid Rise

Mica Denim sorts its jeans into low rise, mid rise, high rise and super high rise, and it uses those four terms consistently across the line.

It is the brand's tallest rise, sitting at or above the natural waist. On the Mica styles that publish a number, a super high rise has come in around eleven inches at the front.

A waistband that sits on or near the natural waist rather than on the hip. Mica's published front rise numbers on high rise styles have run from around eleven inches to a little over twelve.

A waistband that sits below the natural waist and above the hip bone. One Mica mid rise style publishes a front rise of nine and three eighths inches, which gives you a sense of the gap between mid and high.
