The button front blouse, in one form or another. Half button, full button, covered placket, tie front. The brand works that silhouette hard and varies it with fabric, trim and sleeve shape rather than changing the shape itself.

Both, and the brand splits them that way on its own site into print tops and solid tops. Our GIGIO buy leans toward prints and textures, with a few solids in cream, ivory and black.

A black blouse in a structured, textured fabric with mixed trim details and a half button front. The half button placket means it pulls on over the head rather than opening all the way down.

A blouse where the buttons run only partway down the front, usually from the neckline to about mid chest. It goes on over your head, and it gives a cleaner line than a full button front because there is no placket running the whole length.
